Dear Manuel,
I am sorry that I could not write to you earlier. I really wanted to express my great pleasure to have met you during your recent visit to the Dominican Republic.
Ever since I was a little kid, the name of Manuel Hazim was heard constantly coming out from my father's mouth, with respect and love. The evening that I met you at my parent's house, I was thinking that my father, wherever he is now, was very happy to see us as a family together.
I hope to see you again and to meet the rest of our family in Bazbina, sometime this coming summer. For a long time I dreamt of this trip to the village we came from, three generations ago.
Abrazos,
Eduardo
